Role Overview
The On Line Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall and day-to-day operation of all online marketing channels with a sales centric approach. The role is focused on the international customers and the Greek customers; however communication with other On
Line Marketing Teams of foreign Customers regions will be required. The On Line Marketing Manager should have solid online experience and technical competence and be able to organize and manage enhancement, promotion and strengthening of brand digital presence and awareness through the digital channel.

Key Responsibility Areas
• Develop and manage all aspects of regional e-commerce marketing strategy and initiatives to each online channels including but not limited to digital signage marketing, search engine marketing (SEO and SEM), e-mail marketing, affiliate marketing, social marketing, digital campaigns and mobile marketing
• Monitor, analyze and optimize e-commerce performance by channel and maximize growth while maintaining an efficient ROI
• Work closely with marketing, public relations, merchandising, online, tech, and art teams to continue to build innovative programs, features etc.
• Work on the CMS platform for the creation of campaign promotions, static landing pages for promotions/competitions (html knowledge)
• Manage and schedule all requests from regional e-commerce marketing teams for additional promotions, content etc.
• Plan an online marketing calendar based on the sales targets.
• Use Google Analytics at the center of all decisions - become the expert within the team and use the program to create suggestions to improve sites, monitor incoming traffic sources and analyze promotions.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
• Strong online marketing skills and knowledge of all digital channels
• Understanding of the Internet business – e-commerce, marketing, sponsorship, retail
• Strong Experience using Google Analytics
• Understanding of basic code including HTMLXHTML, and CSS
• Fluency in English, written and verbal
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
